Helix Group Testing has no shared ownership, management, operations or finances with VialDirect.

Because Helix arranges the testing for us, reports list Helix Group Testing as the client.

Each published report lists exactly what was tested for that batch.

Laboratory names appear here once batch reports are published.

3. Tap View COA.
4. Review the laboratory results.
5. Use the laboratory's own verification link on the report, where one is provided.

Laboratory testing applies to the samples submitted and the tests listed on each report. Testing does not establish:

• Clinical safety
• Medical efficacy
• FDA approval
• Suitability for human or veterinary use
• That every individual vial is identical to the tested sample
