Austin and Chase met while studying in Guangzhou.

Both are now 25 and have spent the last two years working around the peptide manufacturing industry.

They saw an industry filled with layers:

Factory. Exporter. Trader. Distributor. Reseller. Customer.

They wanted to create something simpler.

A business designed around direct factory relationships, visible provenance, batch documentation and the individual vial.

That idea became VialDirect.
