VialDirect Trace™

Know the vial.
Know the batch.

Every vial leaves the factory with a batch reference. That reference resolves to a permanent page holding two distinct kinds of information — and we never blur the line between them.

Manufacturer information

What the factory recorded

  • Batch identifier and production date
  • Nominal fill specification
  • Cap colour assignment
  • Packaging and batch organisation records

Independent laboratory result

What a third party measured

  • Laboratory name and report ID
  • Test date and tests actually performed
  • Measured values as issued
  • Original PDF report

Cap colour is one element of the batch-identification system. It helps organise and recognise a batch inside a box. It is not evidence of analytical identity, and it is never presented as such. Where a test was not performed, the record shows NOT TESTED rather than hiding the field.
